Seasonal Variation of Immune Hemolytic Anemia

چکیده
Aim: Immune hemolytic anemia is an autoimmune disease that related to autoantibodies against erythrocytes. Such antibodies appear for a variety of reasons such as hematologic and oncologic malignancies, infections, connective tissue diseases but in many cases, true etiologic agent has not been discovered. Many hematologic, well rheumatologic disorders, have seasonal variations there studies evaluating the possibility variation immune anemia. Methods: It was investigated whether patients with who were diagnosed followed hematology outpatient inpatient clinic Suleyman Demirel University from 2002 2018 had significant seasonality. We also evaluated any seasonality relationship between gender beginning attacks. Results: There no difference when seasons grouped spring, summer, autumn winter, according (p = 0,122). The evaluation two groups autumn-winter spring-Summer revealed male tended suffer autumn-winter, whereas females, significantly, tend contract (p=0,046).Conclusion: pattern depending on gender. More prospective are needed support these findings this study.

Immune-mediated hemolytic anemia.
Hemolytic anemia due to immune function is one of the major causes of acquired hemolytic anemia. In recent years, as more is known about the immune system, these entities have become better understood and their treatment improved. In this section, we will discuss three areas in which this progress has been apparent. In Section I, Dr. Peter Hillmen outlines the recent findings in the pathogenesi...

Immune-mediated hemolytic anemia (IMHA) is a common cause of anemia in dogs. The immune aggression towards erythrocytes can be triggered by many pathological conditions such as infection, inflammatory disease or neoplasia. Upon ruling out any eliciting conditions, a diagnosis of the primary immune-mediated disease can be made. In this particular case of severe anemia (tested positive for circul...

Drug-induced immune hemolytic anemia (DIIHA) is rare, and a specialized laboratory is often required to provide the optimal serological tests to confirm the diagnosis. The most common drugs associated with DIIHA and the hypotheses for the mechanisms thought to be involved have changed during the last few decades. The drugs most frequently associated with DIIHA at this time are cefotetan, ceftri...

Autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA) is most often idiopathic. However, in recent years, AIHA has been noted with increased incidence in patients receiving purine nucleoside analogues for hematologic malignancies; it has also been described as a complication of blood transfusion in patients who have also had alloimmunization. As the technology of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation has become...
